Full moon Friday last week, when I didn't think things could get any worse: I came home so stressed out and bummed after work, to see 2 packages on my porch! How exciting! With the new moratorium on spending in our household, these were fun to get (ordered a while ago, before the budget crunch!)
I have been wanting my own copy of this great book for a while. Now I don't have to return it to the library again!
This book came with the other knitting book from Amazon.com as a two-fer package: got them both for ~$18....pretty darn cheap for 2 great hardcovers that usually sell for $25 each.
Then I threw in a copy of this from my Amazon wishlist, to qualify for their free supersaver shipping (which takes weeks to arrive!) A little dreaming never hurt anyone!
I also recieved yarn from Australia
funny, isn't it, how my color choices remain the same. I bought the fabric this yarn is posing on about 1 year ago!
Ripple progress as of Monday night....
& Tuesday night....

I have the book Knitting Nature and it's just great. Beautiful photos and beautiful projects.
I did not know they had a book called "Living and Retiring in Hawaii". How funny!
